快轮到最后一组上场进行六练的时候，江嘉禾换好冰鞋来到了冰场入口处进行等待。

“Next, let's invite the six athletes from the last group to enter the ice rink in the order they appear in the petition, and prepare for the six minute warm-up training before the petition.”

“接下来有请最后一组的六位运动员，按照比赛的出场顺序依次进入冰场，准备进行赛前六分钟热身训练。”

江嘉禾摘掉冰刀套扔到角落里，排在队伍尾端进入了冰场，滑到了一旁等待。

——介绍运动员中………

"Now it is announced that the warm-up training for the first six minutes of the petition in this group has officially begun. All athletes are requested to enter the training as soon as possible."

“现在宣布本组赛前六分钟热身训练正式开始，请各位运动员尽快进入到训练中去。”

江嘉禾观察了一下其他运动员的滑行轨迹，便开始进行练习了。

“本组的赛前六分钟热身训练结束，请本组第一位出场运动员滑到指定位置，其他运动员退场做好准备。”

江嘉禾率先滑到了冰场出口处，弯腰扣好冰刀套后，就回到了后台热身区换下冰鞋继续进行训练了。

在最后一组倒数第二位运动员的比赛快结束时，江嘉禾换上冰鞋来到了冰场入口处进行等待。

“接下来出场的运动员是江嘉禾，来自中国。”
